Anniversary Celebration of Delbra Favors and Company

Crafters Wanted

Mt. Zion Church

ROYSTON - Mt. Zion Church, 250 Tony Jones St., will hold a benefit singing for Roger Gibson, who has been out of work since February due to prostate cancer. He had surgery in May to remove his prostate. His prognosis still is unknown. Barbecue sandwich plates will be served at 4 p.m. and the singing begins at 6 p.m. Aug. 7. Featured singers are Catlin Tierce of Williamston, S.C.; Freedom Singers of Royston; Still Standing of Madison; and local talent. There also will be a raffle of donated items, a bake sale and more. Yard sale items include men's and women's clothing, children's clothes and toys, furniture, antiques, bicycle, household items and more.
